Training Schedule

The intention of this training schedule is  to make it practical and feasible for us with regular job to follow. We  would need atleast 2 sessions of team training and remaining individual training in a week. I propose the  following


Weekly Short pacing training ride :
This ride should  start from Marathahalli and  cover the distance of 23 Kms. The route is 
Marthahalli -> Kr Puram -> Sarjpura Jn -> Marthahalli.


Non-stop with an average speed of ~37kmph.
When : Every Wed,6AM


Weekly Long ride :
This ride is also a pacing ride for a longer distance. We can have different routes,eg:
1. Marthahalli -> Whitefield -> NH4 ->Devanahalli -> Nandi and Back -> 180km
2. Sarjapura Rd -> Sarjapura -> Bagalur -> Shoolagiri -> Krishnagir toll gate and back -> 160 Km
3. Sarjapura Rd. -> Chick-tirupati -> Whitefield and back -> 110Kms
The list will keep growing with time.


When : Saturday, Starting 6AM
The average speed for this ride should  be 32Kmph.




Individual Training Rides:
1.Could be ride to office
2. You are free to chose your ride  .
